Josh Zorn lives in the heart of Broward County, and from a love of horses to a passion for travel to helping non-profit organizations thrive, a sense of community fuels every aspect of his life.
As a full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent & Advisor, he gets to help people find their place in our South Florida community. Real Estate came natural to Josh with his past experience in Sports Marketing and Sponsorship Management for landmark events, both locally and internationally. Working with contracts/deliverables, the art of negotiation, marketing and promotion; a truly tailored service is offered to each and every client.

Before joining the world of real estate, Josh had several exciting careers. He worked as the Sponsorship Coordinator on a team that oversaw and produced the sponsorship portfolio for the world-renowned Palm Beach International Equestrian Center through Equestrian Sports Productions, the then managing organization for Winter Equestrian Festival & Global Dressage Festival located in Wellington, FL; as well as Tryon International Equestrian Center, Central Park Horse Show, Trump Invitational and the Colorado Horse Park.
Josh also worked in sports marketing as the Senior Coordinator for Global Partnerships at IGLTA, while simultaneously holding a seat on the Palm Beach County Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee. Utilizing the art of negotiation to maintain revenue for an international non-profit organization from industry-leading travel brands and government agencies globally. Now he uses those savvy negotiating skills to find you the best place to call home at the best price.

Josh's family started Premier Equestrian, which went from a small family business in Salt Lake City, UT to a global leader in safe equestrian sport products.
Today, Premier Equestrian is a choice supplier for the globe's largest equestrian events from Palm Beach International Equestrian Center's WEF Winter Equestrian Festival, AGDF Global Dressage Festival to Master's Show Jumping tour of the Americas, as well as sponsoring the US Olympic Dressage Team. In 2022 Josh's mother, Heidi Zorn held a consulting position for the International Equestrian Federation FEI in Herning, Denmark 2022 ECCO FEI World Championships 2022 as the Official Footing Advisor and Premier Equestrian was The Official Fitness and Training Equipment Supplier of the FEI 2022 ECCO FEI World Championships.
Having a network in the equestrian industry not only gives equestrian clientele an advantage from assessing arena soils (complimentary of course) to Equestrian farm staging and more. Josh takes passion in Florida's equestrian properties from jumpers, dressage, TB-racing, pretty much all from sport horses to chubby pasture ornaments.
Josh is also personally experienced and passionate about agricultural and vacant land investment.
